Dessert - Cassanta

Lazy to cook dinner (due to getting up early and waited for aunt & uncle long enough @ the airport) .. decided to dine out @ Suishaya Inn.. a Japanese restaurant which run by Chinese.. hehe.. chinese chef and staff.. We nearly had 3 course meal.. from entree (chicken skewer), main (Kaisen curry and teppanyaki) and dessert (Cassanta).. it is kind of ice-cream dish and quite special.. it mixed with japanese jelly, dried apricots etc... taste yummy too..!

Can't believe it some people can be that dumb.. or is she just trying to show off or hint something?? I have no idea and just feel ashame of what she did. She just embarrassed everyone i guess..

Today is Sneha's bd.. and I've gone to get her a chocolate cake (for vegen) and to pick up today.. also bought her a card and its from our development team... This is not something surprise for the team.. as we discussed about this yesterday and day before... its UNDERSTOOD..

One of the team members just showed off her dumb actions.. First of all, she was the last one who came in to office,,, definitely she was the last one who signed on the card... On the card.. i just wrote down Happy Birthday.. from Development Team.. also written down a short message for Sneha and so that others did the same too.. She took out the card (from the envelope) and turned around.. and said loudly "I thought the card is for me".. ok fine.. after few seconds.. she turned back again and said "Who is this card for?? Didn't have a name here.."... What was she trying to achieve here? To show the world she is the dumbest people in the world or spastics? Kevin quickly gave her a signal said its for Sneha.. At this time.. Sneha saw everything in her eyes and embarrassment just shown on our faces,,, pretended to smile at each other and continue chatting on another topics...

OMG.. (sing siu siu dong bong mong hou mou!!)... What else can i say!!.. really speechless...

This day will be my meeting day... a day which fits 5 meetings @ MP Queen St City. Will be a crazy day and all good still at the end of that day!

Good Sunday

Daylight saving was on @ 2am this morning... emm.. short of 1 hour... no good... Woke up later than usual as was tired from yesterday activities.. then decided to go to Knox to get the jacket @ 10am.. Did some shopping - Bought a JAG carrying bag for 3rd Aunt @ Malaysia and a pair of Nike sneakers for HeiYan.. Met up Nic and Pen to pass them the flower gal dress and Bangkok King directory.. Chat for a while outside Target and left Knox around 1.30pm...

Decided to have steambot tonight and need to get some steambot ingredients from Boxhill.. Got down there finally and got food stuffs that we wanted... Came home and busy with the preparation.. boiling chicken soup etc.. The spicy steambot pack was really spicy.. just put 1/3 of a pack.. and it was really spicy.. but thought was a good steambot though!!! :O)

Very tired.. off to bed... :) zZzzzZzZ...

This is a pre-celeb for Penny and I's birthday... It was a relaxing day.. and weather was absolutely good too.. It's SPRING.. Frasie and I went for the 'tracking'.. hehe.. 2 hours walk and photos have been taken and can view from the link above. So tired of walked for 2 hours as I lacked of exercise nearly a month.. :( foot were just a bit sore..) Back to join everyone @ the park about 3.15pm.. Janelle's last day @ MCPL

Paul (Acting IT Manager) has given her the farewell gifts from MCPL staff: A card and a $120 vouchers from Freedom furniture... Morning tea was organised by Sneha and I... We ordered food (sandwiches, sweet treats, donuts and mini muffins) worth $95 for the farewell party..

Adopt a penguin NOW

Working on test server

With the departure of supervisor, she was requested us to do a test version of systems to the newly setup test server that own by ourselves. I was abit panic this morning as i have no idea how to get those stuffs done eg. copy a current version from MPWEB production and then transfer them to the test server... having problem in setting up the ftp program too! Luckily i have my team member My-chi to guide me thru and do some network setting and so that i can copy and paste easy!!! Tomorrow will have a quick meeting with supervisor in relation to the MP templates..

Just finished copying files from the production server.. time to transfer to test server!!! Glad to have the opportunity to learn something new today.. while CMS is having a downtime from today til friday..
