Next movie - Knight and Day

Review: Should have watch Inception instead.. LOL... No doubt this is 'cougar's' favorite movie.. Like the action scenes and Diaz was funny in the movie.. storyline.. not very impressive i would say!!!

Drumsticks are good... but took too long to cook.. nearly 2 hours and they were just cooked.. :( Will use chicken thigh fillets next time.. :) boneless.. easy to eat too..!

Karo dark corn syrup

LOL.. finally got the Karo dark corn syrup! It's an USA product and can't simply get it in supermarket... The USA Food shop is located @ Moorabbin and pretty closed to my colleague's home.. so... she bought it for me!!! :)

Now i can make pork belly dish from Masterchef or pecan pie as the recipe given on the bottle label... :)

Satay Chicken!

Found satay chicken recipe on the other day.. and decided to have home-made Satay chicken...

Marinated the chicken thigh pieces overnight so that the chicken taste better before putting them to grill... served with cucumber... yummy! Satay sauce was bought from supermarket.. it's save a lot of hassles to get all the ingredients and shorten the preparation time..

There's no onion and ketupat (rice cube) to serve as side as I'm not a big fan for them... :) You can get the recipe here.

I was so looking forward to watch this movie... and finally it's official showing in the cinemas... Watched it last night and the review is.. Thumbs UP! I like it somehow and I think the story was great! However it was consider violence to kids... really can feel the pain that the kid gone thru as a results of bullying and in karate tournament...

Funny thing was.. there's a little Chinese gal Mei Ying in the movie looks like Noella... who was Fra's colleague in Coles Victoria Garden... Oh god... 99% identical when they're laughing!!! Mei Ying definitely has a younger look of Noella..
