Status UPDATE 2PM: Rang up DPEX, confirmed the destination address on the consignment note is CORRECT! However she doesn't know WHY the driver has picked up and delivered the parcel to Brisbane.. No idea when the parcel will be returned to Sydney today.. No idea how could that be happened!! I told her "So do I.. Melb and Brisbane is far apart.. how could they make a silly mistake like this?".. She said "I've no idea!! Leave it for me and I will follow up".. Taken my mobile number and said will get back to me!
OMG.. This is the 2nd time they have make mistakes with my delivery address. Really mad at their service as I've paid for express services, however ended up getting regular post services! Destination has stated MELBOURNE, and the parcel was sent out BRISBANE.. more with status OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!!
Please excuse for my language.. but it's not acceptable over this mistake... ridiculous!!!
