Emm... Lite and Easy advertisement is always playing during the golden hours in the evening.. it makes me wonder if the meal plan does work for whoever wants to get weight loss.
Just browse thru their website and gotto know the prices arent so expensive and those meals will be delivered to customer doorsteps depending on the delivery frequencies that you chose. I was thinking.. maybe this is more worthwhile as the fresh food selling at supermarkets are getting expensive day by day and most importantly with the meal plan, will not need to think of what to eat for breakfast/lunches/dinners... just choose what you like to eat from the quarterly menu they offering. Really can think about it!!!
