After reading the email that sent out from CEO, I really feel the kind of stress of losing the job.. Director resigned and 2 other managers are ceased cos of redundancy! The director position will be re-classified and should get in replacement very soon.. i totally believe in this CEO's ability and power!!...
Interview has been arranged for the IT manager's position. Guess if I am still part of the Systems team, i will have a Phil replacement soon.
Our team is under threaten on how secure our role in this company!?? Will this affect much if the other 2 teams are set up later?? Supervisor claimed we are still secure and work as per usual however who knows what the next step that comes to CEO's mind? I have been working in this company since March 2005 (nearly 3.5 years) and should i move on to another challenge?? Browsed on job search website last nite and found an interested one. Well just want to try my luck and i have busy with updating my resume and cv for this position which the closing date is today by 5pm!
