Chow Mein without mein (noodle) but rice??? Yes.. that's right!!! Learn this recipe from Val (Fraser's mom).. It was successful according to Fraser.. cos i have no idea how this taste like and 100% different from Asian Chow Mein... :P Good to learn something new!
