An appointment has been made for you at 01:00 PM on 18/05/2009 . We would greatly appreciate if you could attend on time.
For your vaccination, please ensure that you are wearing suitable loose fitting attire allowing easy access to your upper arm/shoulder area. This will ensure that the immunisers will have easy access to the upper region of your arm without your privacy being compromised. This will also assist in not delaying other participants.
The Influenza Vaccination will be delivered at the following location : Clayton Campus in Room G 16
