I've stiff neck since last week... and getting worst for last couple of days... Consumed neck and back panadols before sleep, not helping at all... and decided to see doctor to find a way for pain relief..Dr Bowen said most probably is caused by the bad sleeping position.. and strained my neck.. guess so... too much dreams during the nights.....
This is stronger pain killer and it's not good for tummy according to Dr Bowen. Must have food before taking these tablets.. and only for 3-5 days... Also, I was being told by Pharmist that do not take more than one aspirin tablet or capsule eash day while being treated with this medicine. Panadol is fine if i feel side effect like headache or dizzy after taking it...
Had my first 2 tablets last night after meal... feel better.. and this morning feel better too although still have slight pain on the stiff neck...
Just had my lunch... and followed by 2 tablets..... finger cross.... get well soon........... :P
