Found the recipe and decided to bake a cake today. It's considered Pass but have ways to improve! LOL.. In fact it's not really a pudding but more like a tea cake... but still enjoy it.. Canned mango definitely doesnt taste as good as the fresh ones.. will try with the fresh mango during the season..
