It's finally done with fixing the mess~
Checking on the date that this request was logged... it's on 2 June 2010.... lol... and finally can set status as "RESOLVED"... This is a low priority job and initially it was not my responsibility to get it fixed from 96 error to error free...
Let's celebrate as no more pending request in my task list!!! :)
