Was excited to have our first go using our new kitchen toy - pressure cooker! Lamb shanks were fully cooked after 35mins.. meats were very lean and taste pretty good! It can save heaps of cooking time.. Love it! Looking forward for the next cooking with it!
Well done Summie....My mum used a pressure cooker for many years, and I know it can save loads of time, plus keeps all the goodness in too....looks delicious!!
