This morning i received an email from our marketing manager, said that Tim, a former student complaint that his face has been up on the website and said we put words to his mouth where he has never said so. Well.. i would say this is a very impolite email that we received so far. So immediately I've arranged all his testimonial references removed from the website. The manager was also request her staff to send a polite email to apologize to Tim.
Few hours later where is just before, I received an email from the marketing staff saying that they have investigated why Tim has such a reaction in regards to this. Finally we found out why and that explained why he was being so aggressive!!! Really no comment to Tim... unbelievable!
