What a BAD weather!

Today is windy.. strong wind.. This caused a lot of problem to us as news reported there's a woman died because of the collapse of a wall due to the strong wind!

@ 4pm, staff and students received a global email stated the latest update of today's weather and got to know that Caulfield campus have experiencing power outage since afternoon. Staff and students have been evacuated. Part of Clayton campus are affected.. out building nearly affected as my machine was turn off and on again due to be outage. I was joking to Ron, DBA contractor that if we experienced power outage, we will be going home early... however he said "I think is more secure that staying in the office".. Is true also! haha..

I decided to leave 15mins early today and try to avoid the traffic. The sky is soo groomy!



At Clayton the traffic still wasn't that bad.. until reaching Glen Waverley.. The Glen area was experiencing power outage and caused all the traffic lights not working as well. Is dangerous without the traffic lights working properly. There were only two police officer standing at the Burwood Highway and Springvale Road intersection. The traffic there was under control however it comes the traffic congestion!!! Canterbury Road is busy as usual and today is worst compare the days before.

Since is still early, I decided to go to Coles to get food for dinner tonight. Wanna buy chicken! Rang Fraser and if he wants anything for dinner.. he suggested Soft Taco Kit Crispy Chicken! Also bought salad, sour cream, tomato, cheese etc as requested. All i bought was food and total bill was $41.80.

Dirty rain! unbelievable...! After this photo was taken, the rain poured steadily down. It was very very windy and i was wet totally. But what to do? I can't just sit in the car and wait for the rain stopped.





Dramas for this evening are never end. Our area's power gone off and experiencing power outage too! The reason is because the neighbour's tree falls and was hanged on the cables. Few minutes later the fire fighters came and closed the road for investigation. @ about 7.45pm, they came again and cut the branches off. Finally the power is back to normal @ about 7.55pm.. Then i was started making the taco crispy chicken! Yummy~~
