Had dinner @ Angelucci's Restaurant.. quite a nice place to dine at.. the Japanese waiter was friendly and funny too.. thumbs up!





They were having dinner special - Porterhouse steak $20, Lamb cutlet $20.. $20 deal for most expensive dishes on the menu!!! Save me the entertainment voucher and can use it for next visit..

Review of FAME

Pretty cool movie.. LOL.. or should say it's my type of movie... Impressed that they are a bunch of talented people.. and makes me feel like want to learn piano... (maybe it's too old to learn now?)... wamt to sing well.. and want to dance well... Muahahahhaaa... (time to recall my childhood memories... which was pretty full on with performances and it's fantanstic!)

The cinema was nearly full for VMC members.. Everyone of us have a free dance class voucher that been placed on the seats.. and can get to DANCE if interested...

Everyone of us also got a FAME poster after the movie... unfortunately both of us took the same poster... :( I want my green poster!! :)

Can't stop listening to the FAME OST... ♪♪♪♪~~

10,000 Steps Challenge

Daily steps: 10,000 (equivalent to 8kms walking / 1.40 hours walking+exercises)

Muahaha.. my colleague was saying it's a good slimming program.. and I just joke that say.. Yeah.. maybe I should take a month off during this event, and they will be SHOCKED to see slim me on my return!!! Eveyone just LOL... :)

Hope I have a 'slim' Xmas and New Year!!!

Good seats for a 145mins movie Funny People.. The movie is just average, it's funny at some parts but a bit sad too!

I woke up late and skipped my brekky. Decided to have lunch @ this restaurant before our movie @ 3.30pm.. They offer set lunch menu, $8.80 per set lunch from Monday to Sunday.. a very good price deal... :)

A pleasant place to dine at. A small cosy place but good atmosphere and food was good... complimentary bread was warm and soft... thumbs up!!!

The atmosphere wasnt pleasant really.. stinked... however the food was good... very filling as its cheesy...

It was Sarah's birthday yesterday... The team celebrates Sarah's birthday for her in the morning.. I was there having meeting with her manager.. and so 因'祸'得福.. Blackforest cake from Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse.. very yummy...!

Father's Day @ Chaddy

Who is he? NO IDEA.. however he's such a weirdo old man which catch our eyes..

While we having brekky at Cafe Sapore, this old man was just stood closed to us.. He just stared at the Satch sales assistant while she walked out to the cafe to get herself a take away coffee... (decided to take him a picture while he can't stop staring at the gal)... yiakk.. disgusting... I would hate people stare at me like this... such an idiot... After the gal walked back to the shop, he started looking for anyone who walk passed... I had finished my HCT Croissant... turned back and look behind... he's still there... errrrr.....

We left the cafe.. and he was gone too... We decided to walk around the refurbished Chaddy.. OMG... He's there!!! He chose another corner and spotting people AGAIN... What's going on? What's in his mind... Interesting.... Obviously he wasn't waiting for someone...

After a walk a big round and came back to where we were.. he stood still there...

I think:
1. he has mental illness;
2. really bored and wanted to kill his spare time; or
3. maybe his eyes were enjoying eating 'ice-cream' - 變態老二不...

西 医 认 为 眼 眉 跳 是 眼 轮 匝 肌 纤 维不 自 主 反 覆 收 缩 的 表 现 。 中 医 则 认 为 它 与 多 个 脏 腑 有 关 ， 发 病 的 机 理 是 多 种 多 样 的， 当 中 尤 其 于 心 、 肝 、 脾 脏 的 关 系 最 为 密 切 。 中 医 认 为 本 病 多 数 发 生 于 虚 弱 的 人 ，尤 其 是 心 血 虚 、 肝 阴 虚 的 人 ， 他 们 多 数 常 处 于 担 心 、 操 劳 、 易 激 动 等 情 绪 状 态 。 可见 本 病 的 发 生 ， 是 与 情 绪 有 着 密 切 关 系 。

心 血 虚 型 眼 眉 跳
病人 因 为 常 操 劳 、 担 心 ， 心 力 交 瘁 ， 就 会 造 成 心 血 虚 、 脾 血 不 足 ， 而 心 脾 是 主 宰 眼 皮肌 肉 的 ， 血 虚 就 会 令 肌 肉 失 去 养 份 ， 不 能 执 行 它 正 常 的 功 能 ， 常 常 发 生 眼 眉 跳 的 情况 了 。 这 类 病 人 多 数 会 有 食 欲 不 振 、 面 黄 唇 白 、 失 眠 、 记 性 差 等 表 现 。

肝 阴 虚 型 眼 眉 跳
病人 因 为 常 激 动 、 紧 张 ， 耗 损 了 肝 脏 和 脾 脏 的 阴 份 和 血 份 ， 发 生 了 「 虚 风 内 动 」 的 情况 ， 虚 风 上 行 面 部 ， 牵 扯 眼 皮 不 自 主 跳 动 ， 形 成 眼 眉 跳 ； 更 甚 者 ， 连 嘴 角 、 面 颊 都会 被 虚 风 牵 扯 跳 动 。 这 类 病 人 多 数 有 情 绪 波 动 、 口 干 口 苦 、 手 脚 易 抽 筋 、 肋 骨 痛 等表 现 。

生 活 调 理
正 因 为 很 多 人 都 对 眼 眉 跳 掉 以 轻 心 ， 每 每 当 发 作 得 非 常 频 密 才 来 求 诊 ， 自 误 病 情 。 其 实 病 人 应 从 生 活 小 处 入 手 ， 对 付 眼 眉 跳 。

饮 食 清 淡 ： 饮 食 宜 清 淡 而 富 有 营 养 ， 要 少 吃 煎 炸 肥 腻 和 燥 热 的 食 物 ， 它 们 会 进 一 步 伤 肝 、 血 、 脾 的 阴 份 血 份 ， 恶 化 病 情 。

心 情 放 松 ： 眼 眉 跳 与 情 绪 波 动 有 密 切 的 关 系 ， 常 常 提 醒 自 己 心 情 放 松 ， 处 事 不 要 过 分 担 忧 、 紧 张 ， 眼 眉 跳 发 作 的 频 率 自 会 减 少 。

早 睡 早 起 ： 可 使 心 肝 脾 都 有 充 足 的 休 息 时 间 ， 使 它 们 的 气 血 回 复 正 常 ， 养 血 息 风 ， 眼 眉 跳 情 况 自 会 舒 缓 。

眼部 休 息 ： 平 时 不 能 用 眼 过 度 ， 每 次 眼 部 工 作 30 分 钟 后 ， 都 要 让 眼 部 休 息 ， 转 换 工作 环 境 ， 远 眺 绿 色 事 物 。 当 眼 眉 跳 发 作 时 ， 闭 上 眼 睛 休 息 五 分 钟 ， 并 用 热 毛 巾 敷 眼以 舒 缓 神 经 紧 张 。

自 助 按 摩
有眼 眉 跳 的 读 者 ， 可 自 行 按 摩 眼 周 附 近 的 穴 位 「 丝 竹 空 」 和 「 阳 白 」 穴 。 按 压 时 ， 用指 尖 于 皮 肤 刺 激 穴 位 ， 力 量 以 刚 刚 有 酸 、 麻 、 痹 的 感 觉 就 可 ， 时 间 约 1 分 钟 。

丝 竹 空 穴
是手 少 阳 经 穴 位 ， 位 于 眼 眉 毛 的 最 尽 头 处 ， 找 寻 这 穴 位 的 方 法 是 ： 在 眼 眉 毛 的 外 侧 尽头 处 ， 用 手 指 慢 慢 用 力 向 外 推 ， 发 现 一 个 凹 陷 的 地 方 就 是 本 穴 。

阳 白 穴
是 足 少 阳 经 穴 位 ， 位 于 前 额 部 眉 毛 上 面 ， 找 寻 这 穴 位 的 方 法 是 ： 在 眼 睛 瞳 孔 的 中 心 点 的 垂 直 线 上 ， 在 眼 眉 毛 上 1 寸 的 地 方 。

如果 以 上 的 按 摩 方 法 和 生 活 调 理 都 不 能 舒 缓 眼 眉 跳 ， 又 或 是 病 情 比 较 严 重 ， 例 如 跳 动次 数 太 过 频 密 、 程 度 太 过 剧 烈 ， 甚 至 连 嘴 角 和 面 颊 肌 肉 都 牵 扯 抽 动 ， 建 议 你 立 即 看眼 科 专 科 ， 作 进 一 步 的 检 查 和 治 疗 。
