Start: Wednesday 7 October, 2009
End: Friday 13 November, 2009
Daily steps: 10,000 (equivalent to 8kms walking / 1.40 hours walking+exercises)
Muahaha.. my colleague was saying it's a good slimming program.. and I just joke that say.. Yeah.. maybe I should take a month off during this event, and they will be SHOCKED to see slim me on my return!!! Eveyone just LOL... :)
Hope I have a 'slim' Xmas and New Year!!!
